Continuous Thermal Monitoring For Motor Control Centers

Permanently installed continuous temperature monitoring for critical electrical MCC assets
MCC Monitoring Solution

Low cost MCC solution
Fits inside the MCC drawer
24x7 thermal monitoring
Very simple to install

Inside the MCC Drawer
Our non-powered sensors attach directly to the critical incoming / outgoing power connections where they continuously monitor temperature.
The MCC datacard collects sensor temperature data to activate alarms when a fault is detected.
A simple LED display provides local and visual system status.

Features
Supplied in kit form to fit MCC drawers and buckets
Simple to connect and disconnect, and remove with drawer or bucket
Drawer mounted LED provides local visual condition status
Thermal alarms via relay and Modbus to SCADA/BMS
The Exertherm® Permanent Infrared Hotspot Detection Solution provides an early warning of potentially compromised LV assets before they fail, causing unplanned facility outages. The Permanent Infrared Hotspot Detection Solution provides protection from thermal asset changes where the eye can’t see and the hands can't reach. Our unique ‘fit and forget’ 24x7 electrical infrastructure monitoring technology gives you the peace of mind that your assets are running safely.
Benefits
Improve operational efficiency by detecting compromised units that would otherwise result in unplanned downtime. Reduce OpEx and CapEx costs by minimizing asset failure and waste, and avoiding unnecessary maintenance fees. Maximize productivity through access to condition data and insights to unlock asset trend patterns. Increase personnel safety by reducing human interaction with potentially faulty electrical assets.
